Sell tickets for your shows in advance with the smart mobile ticketing solution. Fans can purchase tickets directly on your band page using credit cards or Paypal. Fans are issued printable tickets by email or simply show up with their smart phone at the gig and get their ticket confirmation code scanned straight off their smart phone display. You get paid instantly and directly.
How does it work?
Setup
Announce an upcoming show to your fans by selecting a venue from Guguchu's database of 15,000 venues or by adding your own. Offer pre-sale tickets to your fans by selecting the option. Choose the number of tickets you are offering and whether you want to sell them at a special pre-show discount.
Purchase
A buy button will automatically appear in the "Shows" section of your band page allowing fans to purchase tickets for your upcoming show straight on your band page. If you choose to do so, an automatic notification about the upcoming show and the pre-sale tickets will be sent to your fans on all your connected social networks such as Facebook and Twitter.
Fans purchasing a ticket receive an email with the ticket confirmation number and a QR-code, which they can either print and bring to the show or get scanned right off their smartphone at the door.
Admission
On the day of the show, log in to your Guguchu account and close the pre-sale.
Print the list of fans who purchased tickets and take it with you to the venue. The sheet also contains a PIN protected manager QR-code. Using this manager QR-code you can download the electronic ticket list to your free Guguchu ticketing terminal iPhone app.
At the door, simply check in your fans with your iPhone or iPod Touch by scanning the QR-code on their printed tickets or straight off their mobile phone display.
